𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗥𝗲-𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝗠𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻

I lose 4 minutes every new session.

Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor do this. The agent searches files and architecture from scratch. It forgets what we solved yesterday.

I use CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md. These files hold static rules. They rot. I do not update docs while I code.

How do you fix this?
