Focus on these high-value tasks:

• Reviewing AI code for risks.
• Fixing root causes.
• Mentoring your teammates.
• Keeping systems stable.

Stop looking at individual activity. Look at flow efficiency. Track the time from idea to production.

Delivery speed is only good if the code lasts. Prioritize maintainability over raw speed.
