Compare the audio to a real source. Use Euclidean distance to find the truth.

This works for faces too. Do not guess if a photo is a deepfake. Compare the suspect image to a verified one. This removes gut feelings.

Developers need a new approach:

• Stop using true or false APIs.
• Use tools with similarity scores.
• Keep costs low for small firms.
• Verify identity. Do not scan crowds.

Believing what you see is old. Build zero trust systems for biometrics.
