He paid 50,000 rupees for the device. The product arrived as a counterfeit item made in China.

Vir Das shared a video to prove his claim. He pointed out two main issues:

• The packaging looks suspicious.

Zepto has responded to these allegations. This incident raises questions about delivery quality and product authenticity on quick commerce platforms.
