I started an AI coding tools site three weeks ago. I had no audience. I had no backlinks. I had no followers. I wrote 35 articles.
People talk about building in public. They skip the bad parts. I had 96 impressions on one keyword. I got zero clicks. I sat on page 3 of search results.
Data shows one thing. Math wins. Feature lists fail.
- Specific cost numbers get clicks.
- General tool lists do not.
I tried Reddit. I have 157 karma. A joke about Chrome got 169 upvotes. My technical answers got 1 upvote.
Reddit rewards wit. It does not reward expertise.
My plan for this week: I need backlinks. Writing article 36 will not fix position 34. I will focus on promotion.
