I applied to LvlUp Ventures last week.

I had no revenue. I had no co-founder. I had no network. I had no warm intro.

I had 500 users. I had a product. I had an honest story. I had a pitch deck built in one afternoon.

Results within 48 hours:

• LvlUp Ventures selected me for their Power of the Pitch event. I will pitch to firms like Alumni Ventures, Insight Partners, Antler, and Fidelity. One in three companies at this event get investment offers.

• LvlUp Labs invited me to an accelerator info session with their General Partner.

• SuperCharger Ventures introduced me to a startup scout for Malta Cohort 7.0. This is a 12-week accelerator with up to €1.5M in government funding and a €250K investment track.

I am 18. I am a college student in India. I am a solo founder with no revenue.

None of this happened through connections. It happened because I built something real. I told the truth about my numbers. I submitted one application.

The lesson for you:

Most founders do not apply because they feel unready. Investors looking for pre-seed startups want people building things. They do not want people waiting for perfection.

Traction is not just revenue. Traction is users. Traction is engagement. Traction is a story about why you solve a problem.

Apply now. The worst answer is no.

xedge.tech is still building.
