A 70-year-old woman faced a horrific attack in East Delhi.
The victim is blind and has mental disabilities. Police report an assault and an attempted rape in the Trilokpuri area. This incident happened under the Mayur Vihar police station jurisdiction.
Local residents know this woman. She lived on the streets of this area for 35 years. Neighbors often gave her food and clothes to help her survive.
