Indians danced on railway tracks in Hanoi, Vietnam. They sang and danced in a narrow street. Harsh Goenka saw the video. He said fun is okay. He called this act a nuisance.

Why this is wrong:

• Railway tracks are dangerous.
• This behavior blocks traffic.
• It shows poor manners.

Respect laws in other countries. Keep yourself safe. Do not cause trouble for others.
