I attended Laravel Live Japan 2026. I organize PHP Conference Kagawa. This trip changed how I view communication.

I pushed past my fear of speaking English. I approached Victor Ukam. I used Google Translate to keep the conversation going. I also spoke with a guest from Singapore.

Speaking a language is like writing code. You learn by doing.

I met Matthieu Napoli. He created Bref. His work inspired me to start the PHP Lovers Meetup. I thanked him in person.

I watched international speakers. They have great showmanship. Their live demos are smooth. I will use these lessons for my own events.

I saw new tools:

• Fast translation app by Albert Chen.
• Demos for LaraCopilot.
• Demos for Sentry.

AI helps us translate text. But speaking in real time is a skill you need. It helps you build real connections.

My goal is clear. I want international speakers at PHP Conference Kagawa.
