  • Who is the reader?

  • Tone: Describe the style, such as "practical and direct" or "expert and data-driven."
  • Keywords: List primary and secondary keywords to include.

  • Number of headers.
  • Length of the introduction.
  • Types of lists or tables to use.
  • Number of real-world examples.
  • Specific call-to-action instructions.
  1. Use negative instructions Tell the AI what not to do. This prevents common mistakes.
  • "Do not use clickbait headlines."
  • "Avoid repeating the same tips."

  1. Demand factual accuracy SEO content must be correct. Ask the AI to flag uncertainty.

A good prompt solves 70 percent of the work. You must still edit the final text. Check that keywords feel natural, the intro hooks the reader, and the examples are real.
