Now, AI does the junior work. Companies no longer need juniors. Without juniors, you have no future seniors. The path to mastery is gone.

Education is changing. Schools no longer teach the subject. They teach you how to use the tool. Knowing the subject is now a luxury.

AI is not a mentor. It gives answers. It lacks lived experience. A master knows why a system fails after two years. AI only knows patterns in text.

We produce information faster than we verify it. This fills our world with noise.

The real danger is not automation. The danger is a gap in knowledge. We will have tools we do not understand.
