Most people talk about prompts. They seek better templates. They want precise answers. This is a small part of AI.

AI is one piece of a system. Context costs money. Every document or rule uses tokens. Large context increases costs. It slows the system.

Do not make prompts longer. Control the information.

Use these tools:

• Agents: They do specific tasks.
• Skills: They access APIs or databases.
• Orchestrators: They manage the flow and business rules.

Most AI problems come from poor orchestration. Not the model.

Manage your context. Give the model only the data it needs. This saves money. It improves speed.

You must measure quality. You must find failures. Better prompts do not fix this. Engineering does.

Prompt engineering is the past. Context and Agent engineering are the future.

The model is not the whole product. The system is the product.
