AI is getting smarter. The main problem is not what AI can do. The problem is how we control who uses it.

Current AI systems operate through anonymous accounts, VPNs, and bot networks. This makes it hard to verify users. If an AI discovers a new security flaw or a new technology, how do we know who is behind the prompt?

The internet was built for connection. It was not built for verified identity.

My research proposes two solutions: Universal Biometric Identification (UBID) and Universal Digital Credits (UDC).

UBID creates a global identity using biometric signals. This includes:

This is not about surveillance. It is about proof of personhood. It answers one question: Is this a real human?

UDC connects this identity to a global transaction layer. This allows for:

With these tools, we can change how we access high-risk AI. Instead of anonymous access, we can require verified human identities. This makes large-scale abuse harder. It also allows us to restrict dangerous AI capabilities to professionals with the right credentials.

Will this solve everything? No.

UBID and UDC do not fix AI alignment or model autonomy. Those are different problems. But they do solve identity and accountability.

We must address privacy and security. Any system like this needs:

The internet solved communication. Blockchain tried to solve trust. AI forces us to solve identity.

The future of AI depends on smarter machines and stronger ways to prove who is using them.
