Massive Divestment by Sepia Investments and Anchor Partners
The block deal was primarily driven by the exit of two major sellers. Sepia Investments offloaded 43,28,943 shares of Corona Remedies at a price of ₹1,730 per share, amounting to a deal value of approximately ₹748.9 crore. Adding to this volume, Anchor Partners divested 1,61,861 shares at the same price, contributing another ₹28 crore to the transaction.
