A power failure caused a scary moment at City Center LA Mall in Bareilly on Sunday night.
Thirteen people stayed stuck inside a lift for 35 minutes. The group included three children and four women.
The incident happened near Chowki Churaha. The lift was moving between the first and second floors when the electricity stopped.
