Day 12 of my MERN stack journey. I finished Lecture 3 of the Apna College JavaScript playlist.
Strings are more than text in quotes. JavaScript lets you change and format text.
I learned about Template Literals. They use backticks instead of quotes. This lets you put variables inside strings.
Old way: console.log("The cost of", item, "is", price);
New way: console.log(The cost of ${item} is ${price});
Your code looks clean. It reads better.
