𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗢𝗳 𝗔 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗚𝗶𝗿𝗹: 𝗜𝘀 𝗜𝘁 𝗠𝘆 𝗙𝗮𝘂𝗹𝘁 𝗜 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗡𝗼 𝗝𝗼𝗯?

I am 22 years old.

People tell me education is priceless. I hold a degree in one hand and emptiness in the other.

They call education an investment. They do not explain what to do when that investment gives no return.

Every family gathering feels like an interview. Relatives ask the same question: Did you get a job yet?

When I say no, they say: At least you are not married yet. They treat being jobless and being single like crimes.

I am tired of pretending I am okay.

It is not your fault. The system is broken. You are not the problem.

To the graduates who are single and jobless: You are not failures. You are in the middle of your story.
