Technology changes fast. AI enters classrooms every day. Many people worry about these tools. They fear machines will replace teachers.
The truth is different. Tools should support teaching. They should not replace human connection.
Effective teaching requires a balance. You need technology for efficiency. You need heart for impact.
Here is why a heart-first approach works:
- AI provides feedback fast.
- AI helps personalize lessons.
- AI supports collaboration.
But AI lacks empathy. It lacks emotional intelligence. It cannot build a relationship with a student.
As an engineer, I build educational tech. I see what works. The best tools focus on human needs. They make life easier for teachers. They make learning better for students.
If you use tech to replace connection, you fail. If you use tech to enhance connection, you win.
Focus on the person. Use the tool.
