Jaipur-based ceramic tableware specialist Clay Craft India Limited is set to debut on the NSE Emerge platform with a ₹110.11 crore initial public offering. The IPO, which opens on June 17, 2026, marks a significant milestone for the brand as it seeks to scale its manufacturing capabilities through advanced global technology.

Clay Craft India has finalized the pricing for its upcoming market entry, setting a price band of ₹193 to ₹203 per equity share. The subscription window will remain open for three days, starting from June 17 and closing on June 19, 2026. This public issue is aimed at raising capital to fuel the company's next phase of industrial expansion and technological upgrading.

Strategic Expansion via European Technology

Founded in 1988, the company has established a robust manufacturing footprint in Jaipur, operating two facilities across approximately 89,000 sq. mtrs. Currently, the company maintains a combined production capacity of 6,000 MT with a high capacity utilisation rate of around 82%.

A primary objective for the IPO proceeds is a massive capacity boost. Clay Craft India plans to add nearly 4,000 MT of production capacity by installing high-end European machinery sourced from SACMI, a leading manufacturer from Italy. This move is designed to bridge the gap between existing supply and the rapidly increasing market demand for premium ceramic products.
