The scanning process is both rapid and sophisticated. A user steps onto a platform that descends into water on a rail system, passing through a ring containing thousands of transducers. These transducers emit ultrasonic waves that ripple through the body; the system then records these ripples to analyze the composition of muscle, fat, bone, and organs. This process generates detailed 3D images in approximately 60 seconds, making it a drastically faster alternative to traditional heavy-duty imaging.
