AI makes one-person companies possible.

In the past, building software required teams. You needed people for design, code, testing, and marketing. Coordination took time and money. These hurdles acted as a filter. Many ideas failed before they reached users.

That filter is disappearing.

A single developer now handles tasks once reserved for entire companies. If the cost of building software drops to zero, everything changes.

We will see more software. The real problem is finding software worth using.

The internet faced this before. We wanted a world of knowledge. Instead, we got an ocean of content fighting for attention. Media follows this pattern too. Short videos often beat books and deep learning.

Software will likely follow this path.

When building an app is easy, the work shifts. You will not struggle to build. You will struggle to stand out. Millions of products will launch faster than users can check them.

Engineering talent is no longer the bottleneck. The new scarce resources are attention and trust.

Will AI spark innovation? Or will it flood the market with tools nobody needs?
