Silicon-first technology often fails in Indian agriculture.

Most tech companies build tools for high-tech labs. They ignore the real world. Indian farmers face unique problems. They have limited resources and poor infrastructure.

We need farm-first design. This means building tools for the person in the field.

Look at UPI. It succeeded because it was simple and accessible to everyone. Agriculture needs its own UPI moment.

How farm-first design works:

  • It focuses on local needs instead of global trends.
  • It creates tools for existing farmer habits.
  • It uses data to improve crop yields.
  • It reduces waste and helps the environment.

As an engineer, I see a clear path. We must stop importing solutions from other countries. We must build solutions for our own soil.

Precision farming and data analytics work best when they fit the local context. This approach creates a stable food supply and better lives for farmers.

The goal is simple. Build technology that works for Bharat.
