The maiden public issue is structured as an Offer for Sale (OFS) involving up to 14.89 crore shares, with an expected valuation of approximately $3 billion. Currently, NSE trades in the unlisted market at roughly Rs 1,950–Rs 2,055 per share, implying a massive valuation of nearly Rs 5 lakh crore.
