𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗜 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀

I build small things. These projects bring me joy. They do not need to be big products.

Small projects offer freedom. You have no deadlines. You have no meetings. You do not need to optimize everything on day one.

Side projects let you try new ideas. You learn new tools. You solve problems because they interest you.

Some projects succeed. Some projects fail. Both teach you lessons.

Consistent small wins beat one huge idea.

Stop chasing the perfect product. Do this instead:

• Build simple things.
• Ship fast.
• Learn from users.
• Enjoy the work.

Many developers want a big startup. I prefer small projects. These projects grow slowly.

Your work does not need to change the world. Learning something new is enough.
