UP government announced new rules for NCR districts.

You need a valid Pollution Under Control Certificate (PUCC) to get fuel. Petrol pumps will refuse you without one. This rule starts October 1, 2026.

The goal is a 35% cut in pollution. Chief Secretary SP Goel led this decision.

• Check your PUCC date.
• Get it renewed on time.
• Avoid fuel shortages.
