I attended my first KanchiLUG meetup today. As a student learning programming, this was a major step for me.

The entire meetup happened in Tamil. Technical concepts often feel hard to learn in a second language. Talking about operating systems and code in my native language made everything clear.

The community felt welcoming. Experienced members answered every question without hesitation. This environment gave me the confidence to ask questions and participate.
