Most people tell you to code eight hours every day. They tell you to read documentation only.
I tried that method. I burned out in one week.
I stopped following the standard advice. I started three simple habits instead.
- I talk to my code. I treat it like a person. This helps me find logic errors.
- I copy and paste on purpose. I do not reinvent the wheel if a solution exists.
- I stop when I am 80 percent done. I leave tasks unfinished to make starting easier the next day.
Stop chasing the hustle culture. It leads to exhaustion.
What is one simple habit that works for you?
