Realty giant TDI Infratech Ltd has announced a significant capital infusion of ₹75 crore to develop a luxury hospitality project in Panipat, Haryana. This strategic move marks a major expansion of the company's footprint in the North Indian hospitality and mixed-use real estate sectors.

Strategic Partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts

In a decisive move to elevate its service standards, TDI Infratech has entered into a management agreement with the global hospitality leader, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The upcoming project will feature the prestigious 'Ramada' brand, bringing international luxury standards to the heart of Haryana.

The agreement specifically covers the management of a 53-key luxury hotel. By partnering with a global player like Wyndham, TDI Infratech aims to leverage world-class operational expertise to cater to the growing demand for premium branded stays in the region.

Integration with TDI Connaught Estate

The new luxury hotel is not a standalone venture but a core component of the company's larger mixed-use development, 'TDI Connaught Estate'. This integration is designed to create a self-sustaining ecosystem where commercial, retail, and hospitality assets complement one another.

Akshay Taneja, Managing Director of TDI Infratech, emphasized that this investment is a testament to the firm's long-term confidence in Panipat's economic trajectory.
