In a recent regulatory filing, Arvind SmartSpaces revealed that it has signed a new residential horizontal development project. The project is strategically located on the Kerala-Nalsarovar Road in South Ahmedabad, an area witnessing significant infrastructural interest.

The company has opted for a Joint Development (JD) model for this venture, partnering with a local landowner to execute the project. While the specific identity of the landowner remains undisclosed, the company has confirmed that the project carries an estimated top-line revenue potential of ₹180 crore. This move underscores the company's commitment to strengthening its dominance in its home market of Ahmedabad.
