In a recent regulatory filing, Arvind SmartSpaces revealed it has entered into a Joint Development agreement with a landowner to launch a residential horizontal development project. The project is strategically located on the Kerala-Nalsarovar Road in South Ahmedabad, an area seeing increasing interest from residential buyers.

While the company has not officially named the landowner, it has provided a clear financial outlook for the venture. The project is projected to generate an estimated top-line revenue of ₹180 crore, marking a significant addition to the firm's ongoing development pipeline in the region.

Strengthening Market Presence and Portfolio

This new project reinforces Arvind SmartSpaces' dominance in the Gujarat real estate sector. Since its establishment in 2008, the company has built an extensive portfolio spanning 100.1 million square feet of real estate development.

Beyond its core markets in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, and Baroda, the firm maintains a multi-city presence with operations in Bengaluru, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), and Pune. The move into South Ahmedabad via a joint development model allows the company to leverage local land assets while utilizing its established brand and construction expertise to drive value.
