Arvind SmartSpaces Targets ₹180 Crore Revenue via New Ahmedabad Project

Arvind SmartSpaces has announced a strategic expansion in the Gujarat real estate market through a new residential development in Ahmedabad. This latest venture, executed via a joint development model, is poised to significantly bolster the company's revenue streams.

Strategic Expansion on Kerala-Nalsarovar Road

In a recent regulatory filing, Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd confirmed the signing of a new residential horizontal development project located on the Kerala-Nalsarovar Road in South Ahmedabad. The project is being executed through a partnership with a local landowner, following a Joint Development (JD) model.

While the company has not disclosed the specific identity of the landowner, the scale of the project is substantial. The company estimates that this specific development will unlock a top-line revenue potential of approximately ₹180 crore. This move signals the firm's intent to deepen its footprint in high-growth corridors within the Ahmedabad metropolitan region.

Strengthening a Diverse Real Estate Portfolio

Since its inception in 2008, Arvind SmartSpaces has built an extensive real estate footprint, managing a total portfolio of 100.1 million square feet. While the company has a strong stronghold in Gujarat—spanning Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, and Baroda—it has also successfully diversified its presence into major Indian metros, including Bengaluru, Pune, and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

This new Ahmedabad project is a tactical move to leverage its regional expertise and capitalize on the rising demand for residential housing in South Ahmedabad. By utilizing the joint development model, the company can scale its project pipeline efficiently while managing land acquisition complexities.

The announcement of this new revenue stream comes at a critical juncture for the company's financial performance. According to recent fiscal data, Arvind SmartSpaces experienced a contraction in its key financial metrics during the 2025-26 fiscal year.
