A standout feature of Wipro’s strategy is the creation of a global pool of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs). Unlike traditional support staff, these FDEs are specifically trained on Claude models and are designed to work directly within client environments.
By combining deep knowledge of business processes with an understanding of model behavior and technology systems, these engineers will bridge the gap between raw AI potential and practical, measurable business outcomes. This hands-on approach ensures that AI integration is seamless and tailored to the unique operational needs of each client.
Massive Upskilling: Certifying 10,000 Experts
To support this technological leap, Wipro has committed to an aggressive human capital development plan. Over the next 18 months, the company aims to certify 10,000 front-line delivery experts in the use of Claude models.
