Tulip Melrose: A New Landmark on Southern Peripheral Road

Tulip Infratech has unveiled its newest project, 'Tulip Melrose,' situated on the strategic Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) in Gurugram. Developed on a 7.5-acre land parcel in partnership with a local landowner, the project will feature over 600 residential units.

The architectural ambition of Tulip Melrose is notable; the project will consist of four residential towers, each standing approximately 495 feet tall. This height is expected to make them some of the tallest structures in the SPR belt, offering residents unparalleled views and a distinct skyline presence. While Siddharth Jain, promoter of Tulip Infratech, acknowledged that the broader Gurugram market has seen a slight deceleration compared to the peak levels of 2024, he remains optimistic. The firm reports a strong response from both end-users and investors, driven largely by the competitive pricing models the company is offering within the luxury segment.

Expanding Portfolio and Massive Capital Outlay

This ₹1,100 crore investment—which excludes land costs—is part of a much larger capital deployment strategy by Tulip Infratech. Having successfully completed over 10 real estate projects in Gurugram, the firm is currently managing a heavy pipeline of high-value developments:
