In a recent regulatory filing, Shriram Properties confirmed it has entered into a partnership with a landowner to develop a prime residential project in Doddagubbi, located in North-East Bengaluru. While the company has kept the identity of the landowner confidential, the scale of the land parcel underscores the company's aggressive growth strategy in the Karnataka capital.

The project is slated to be spread across a 9.1-acre land parcel. By leveraging this strategic location, Shriram Properties aims to tap into the rising demand for organized housing in the outskirts of Bengaluru, where infrastructure connectivity is rapidly improving.

Project Scale and Revenue Projections

The technical specifications of the new venture highlight its substantial scale. Shriram Properties plans to develop a total built-up area of approximately 6.7 lakh square feet. Based on current market assessments and projected sales velocity, the company estimates the revenue potential from this single project to exceed ₹600 crore.

The developer is moving swiftly with its execution timeline, indicating that the project is expected to be officially launched within the current financial year. This timely launch aligns with the ongoing post-pandemic recovery and robust demand in the Indian residential real estate sector.
