Shriram Properties Eyes ₹600 Crore Revenue from New Bengaluru Project

Shriram Properties Ltd has announced a significant expansion in its Bengaluru portfolio through a new Joint Development Agreement (JDA) aimed at capturing the growing residential demand in North-East Bengaluru. The upcoming project is poised to contribute substantially to the company's top line, with an expected revenue potential exceeding ₹600 crore.

Strategic Expansion in North-East Bengaluru

In a recent regulatory filing, Shriram Properties confirmed it has signed a JDA to develop a massive residential land parcel measuring 9.1 acres located in Doddagubbi, North-East Bengaluru. While the company has maintained confidentiality regarding the identity of the landowner, the strategic location of the site places the project in a high-growth corridor of the city.

The proposed development will feature a built-up area of approximately 6.7 lakh sq ft. Given the rising demand for structured housing in the outskirts of Bengaluru, this project is timed to capitalize on the urban sprawl and improving connectivity in the North-East quadrant. The company has indicated that the project is slated for launch within the current financial year.

Currently, Shriram Properties boasts a massive pipeline of 41 projects, representing an aggregate development potential of 35.2 million sq ft. Of this total, 16.6 million sq ft is comprised of ongoing projects, demonstrating the company's capacity to manage large-scale execution alongside new acquisitions.
