Harmony Infra Ventures to Invest ₹800 Cr in Delhi-NCR Luxury Housing

Harmony Infra Ventures has announced a massive ₹800 crore investment to develop "The Horizon Residences," a premium luxury housing project located in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. This strategic move underscores the growing appetite for high-end residential real estate within the rapidly evolving Delhi-NCR market.

Strategic Land Acquisition and Project Scale

To facilitate this ambitious development, Harmony Infra Ventures has acquired a 100 per cent stake in a company that holds the land rights for the project site in Indirapuram. The upcoming project, titled The Horizon Residences, is designed to feature 264 exclusive units.

According to HS Kandhari, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Harmony Infra Ventures, the company is projecting a total revenue of approximately ₹1,600 crore from this single development. The project is slated for completion by 2030, marking a long-term commitment to the regional real estate landscape.

Competitive Pricing in the Luxury Segment

Despite the "luxury" positioning, Harmony Infra Ventures is employing a competitive pricing strategy to capture market share. The company is currently offering homes at a rate of ₹15,000 per sq ft, a figure the management claims is lower than the prevailing market rates in the Indirapuram area.

The residential units are priced within a range of ₹6 crore to ₹7.5 crore. This high-ticket demand is already evident; the company reported that approximately 100 flats have been sold so far, demonstrating strong early-stage investor and homebuyer interest.

A Maturing Delhi-NCR Real Estate Market

The investment comes at a time when the Delhi-NCR real estate sector is showing robust momentum. Data from housing brokerage firm PropTiger indicates that residential property sales in the region grew by 11 per cent annually, reaching 9,447 units during the January-March quarter.

Modern homebuyers are no longer just looking at floor plans or locations; they are increasingly focused on the reputation and reliability of the developer behind the project.
