Gurugram-based realty firm Tulip Infratech has announced a massive ₹1,100 crore investment to develop 'Tulip Melrose', a premium residential project located on the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR). This interest is largely attributed to the company’s competitive pricing strategy within the luxury segment.
