Gurugram-based realty firm Tulip Infratech has announced a massive ₹1,100 crore investment to develop 'Tulip Melrose', a premium residential project located on the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR). According to Siddharth Jain, promoter of Tulip Infratech, the ₹1,100 crore investment specifically covers construction costs and excludes the land acquisition price.

Despite a slight slowdown in the Gurugram real estate market compared to the peak levels seen in early 2024, Tulip Infratech is seeing positive momentum. The company has already launched the project for sale, with units starting at a premium price point of approximately ₹6 crore.

Siddharth Jain noted that the project is receiving a healthy response from both end-users and investors. This interest is largely attributed to the company’s competitive pricing strategy within the luxury segment.
