Located on the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), 'Tulip Melrose' will be spread across a 7.5-acre land parcel developed in partnership with a landowner. The project is designed to feature over 600 residential units, catering to a premium segment of homebuyers.

A standout feature of this development is its vertical scale; the project will consist of four residential towers, each standing approximately 495 feet tall. Despite a slight slowdown in the Gurugram market compared to the peak levels seen in early 2024, Tulip Infratech reports a positive response.
