Tulip Infratech has announced a massive ₹1,100 crore investment to develop a new luxury residential project, 'Tulip Melrose', in Gurugram. This strategic move is part of the firm's aggressive expansion plan to cater to the growing demand for high-end living spaces in the National Capital Region (NCR).

'Tulip Melrose': A New Landmark on Southern Peripheral Road

Located on the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), 'Tulip Melrose' will be spread across a 7.5-acre land parcel developed in partnership with a landowner. The project is designed to feature over 600 residential units, catering to a premium segment of homebuyers.

A standout feature of this development is its vertical scale; the project will consist of four residential towers, each standing approximately 495 feet tall. This height profile positions Tulip Melrose as one of the tallest structures in the SPR belt, setting a new architectural benchmark for the area.

Investment Details and Market Pricing

Promoter Siddharth Jain confirmed that the ₹1,100 crore investment is dedicated specifically to the construction and development of the project, notably excluding the land acquisition costs. The company has already officially launched the project for sale, with units starting at a premium price point of approximately ₹6 crore.

The development is slated for completion over the next four years. Despite a slight slowdown in the Gurugram market compared to the peak levels seen in early 2024, Tulip Infratech reports a positive response. The firm attributes this interest to strong demand from both end-users and investors, driven by competitive pricing strategies within the luxury segment.
